Please, acquaint yourself with the rules of rooms’ reservation at «ATMOSPHERA» mini-hotels group.
- The reservation of the room is FREE OF CHARGE.
- You may make a reservation by phone: +7(812) 921-15-40; by filling the form on our website, or by sending us a freehand application to either e-mail: a-hotel@mail.ru or by fax: +7(812) 448-17-66. Applications with no contact phone numbers provided shall not be considered.
- The day of stay at the hotel shall be calculated from 1:00 pm till 12:00 pm of the following day.
- The accommodation at the hotel for half a day may only be booked on the day of arrival.
- The reservation shall be considered guaranteed after you receive the confirmation for your application with your Reservation Number stated, and effect the pre-payment within 5 days after receipt of the confirmation.
- Prepayment makes 100% of the cost of the first day of stay. The cost of such pre-payment shall be deducted from the final bill for the services of the hotel.
- If you make reservation less than 5 days before the expected date of your arrival, the prepayment is not necessary, but if are about to waive the reservation, you should contact the hotel manager in order to cancel it.
- Possible methods of payment: bank transfer, cash.
- You may settle into a room earlier using our «Early Check In» service. (check in from 6:00 am till 1:00 pm + extra 50% of the cost of 1 day of accommodation, check in before 6:00 am + extra 100% of the cost of 1 day of accommodation).
- If checking out from 11:00 am till 6:00 pm of the following day – the cost shall be calculated on an hourly basis. The cost of one hour makes RUR 100. If checking out after 6:00 pm (till 0:00) the extra ½ of cost of day’s stay shall be added.
- Please, note that, in case you do not arrive at the hotel from 1:00 pm till 8:00 pm without any prior notification of late arrival, the reservation shall be automatically cancelled.
- In case you do not arrive till 0:00 or cancel your reservation less than 3 days before the expected date of arrival, a fine in the amount of the cost of 1 day of accommodation shall be imposed (pre-payment shall not be returned). If you cancel your reservation not later than 3 days before the expected day of arrival, the pre-payment shall be fully returned to you. In order to cancel your reservation, please sent a letter to the e-mail address: a-hotel@mail.ru, giving your name and Reservation Number (see “Reservation Confirmation” above). The reservation shall be considered cancelled if you receive a reply letter with the confirmation of the reservation’s cancellation (within 24 hours).
- Kids under 3 years of age stay for free when sharing a room with parents. If extra accommodation for the kid is needed the full cost has to be paid.
- If during your stay you decide to leave earlier please inform the administrator at least 24 hours before the expected time of your departure. Otherwise a fine in the amount of the cost of 1 day of accommodation shall be imposed.
- In case you do not receive the reply (confirmation) within 24 hours or if you need any further information, please call: +7(812) 921-15-40. Our managers shall gladly render you any possible assistance: check whether the room was reserved for you, in case there is no room available they will find for you the best accommodation in Saint-Petersburg in terms of price and quality.
Please pay your attention that, in pursuance of Federal Act of July 18, 2006 ¹ 109-FZ “of migration registration of foreign citizens and stateless persons in the Russian Federation”, the hotel makes official registration and gives notice to the Federal Migration Service about the arrival of the foreign citizen or stateless person to the place of stay in the territory of the Russian Federation. The cost of registration makes RUR 300, and is collected upon your arrival at the hotel.
The hotel reserves itself the right to refuse accommodation to guests if documents confirming their presence in territory of the Russian Federation according the Federal Act ¹ 109-FZ of July 18, 2006 are not rendered.
In our hotels 4 categories of rooms are offered:
«ECONOMY»
Rooms of 12-18 sq. m. with double or single beds, bedside tables, a desk, a wardrobe and a TV-set. The floor is covered with carpet. A bathroom unit with a toilet and shower is in the hotel’s hall.
«TWO-ROOM BLOCK»
The block consists of two rooms of 10-14 sq. m. each and a bathroom unit with a toilet (2,5 sq. m.). Each room of the block is furnished with 1 double or 2 single beds with bedside tables, a desk with a chair, a wardrobe and a TV-set. The floor is covered with carpet.
«STANDART»
Rooms of 15-20 sq. m. Each room is furnished with 1 double or 2 single beds with bedside tables, a desk, a wardrobe and a TV-set. The floor is covered with carpet.
Large bathroom unit with a toilet is fitted up high quality equipment, accessories and a hairdryer.
«COMFORT»
Rooms of 16-22 sq. m. Each room is furnished with 1 double or 2 single beds with bedside tables, a soft spread out sofa, a desk, a wardrobe, a TV-set and a fridge. The floor is covered with carpet.
Large bathroom unit with a toilet is fitted up high quality equipment, accessories and a hairdryer.
The cost of accommodation includes:
• Continental breakfast (tea, coffee, pâté, yoghurt, cheese, butter, chocolate)
